We want you to be happy with your order. If there is a problem with your order, please let us know at hello@woodchipdecor.com and we'll do our best to solve it.
RETURN POLICY
Please contact us within three (3) days of delivery to start the return. Items must be sent back within seven (7) days of delivery
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Non-returnable items exempt from this policy:
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized orders (if order is damaged contact us for a replacement)
- Reduced, sale, or clearance items
To complete your return, we require an order number or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back without emailing us first.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted, which include:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 10 days after delivery
REFUND POLICY
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within seven (7) days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
We aim to get your refund sent to you by the next business day but sometimes processing can be a bit slow going back threw the bank/credit card system.
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at Hello@woodchipdecor.com.
REDUCED, SALE, OR CLEARANCE ITEMS
Reduced, sale, or clearance items are exempt from refunds.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@woodchipdecor.com and we will help you set up and exchange and give you the address to send your return.
If the item was damaged on arrival the return shipping is paid for by Wood Chip Decor.
SHIPPING
To return your product, email us at hello@woodchipdecor.com and we will send you the address for your return.
You will be responsible for paying for all shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If the item was damaged on arrival the return shipping is paid for by Wood Chip Decor.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that the postal serving will get you item back to us.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If the item is damaged on arrival you must contact Wood Chip Decor within 1 day of arrival with pictures of the damage as well as pictures of the box delivered in. We ask you to send us this as soon as possible so that we can get this fixed for you as quick as we can.
If the item was damaged on arrival the return shipping is paid for by Wood Chip Decor.
Once we are contacted at hello@woodchipdecor.com, we will help you set up and exchange and give you the address to send your return.
