Processing time
The time we need to prepare an order for dispatch varies. For details, see individual items. Some items we keep in stock will ship within 2-4 days other items like our floating shelf collection we build to order and have a 2-3 week turnaround time before shipping. Shipping Cost
Most Canadian and US orders ship free over $35. Shipping will be shown at check out.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
PO BOX
We do not ship to PO Boxes.
In order to give our customers "free shipping" we use shipping companies that do not support PO Boxes. If you would like to ship to one or you add it in your delivery info we will contact you for added shipping cost. ($15-$11 depending on your location)
